AIR-M200-4-316L is an extremely efficient flat jet air nozzle designed to provide powerful stream of high velocity laminar flow and high force for blow off and cooling where air knives may not be enough. Airmaster Flat Jet is available in various size “Gaps” all set by a flat shim. Three standard shim sizes are available – 0.004”(0.10mm), 0.008”(0.2mm) and 0.020”(0.5mm). To achieve larger gaps like 0.024”(0.6mm) and 0.028”(0.7mm) two or more shims may be stacked together. The greater the gap size in the flat jet, the more powerful the force will be.
Airmasters Flat Jets outperformed special designed holes and pipes when they were tested. Air Consumption and noise level are minimised with its special design and configuration.
